What is Fimo Slices?
Fimo slices are great to use in a range of products from Nail Art, Pottery, Scrapbooking, Home Decorations. It can be used to decorate mobile phone cases, hair clips, glass, phone charms to using in slime and resin products! The uses are limitless!
Fimo slices are produced from polymer clay which is a type of modelling clay, composed of polymers, resins, colouring agents and fillers.
How To Apply Polymer Clay To Nails?
There are many ways to apply Fimo Slices to your nail designs! Have a look at our method below, practise and see what works best for you!
Prep nails as usual, and begin building the nail. Pick up a Fimo slice - we always recommend using tweezers. Place the Fimo slice in the desired place on the nail whilst the acrylic powder is still forming, and slowly push down on the Fimo slice to encapsulate onto the nail. Finish with a top coat.
If using gel polish, please on to uncured gel and then cure the product once the Fimo slice is in place.
How should I Store My Fimo Slices?
Store your Fimo Slices in the original packaging and away from heat and sunlight.
