We reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions as and when require to help reflect any changes. We will ensure the most up to date Terms and Conditions is displayed on our website.
Please note, at checkout you may be asked that you accept these Terms and Conditions prior to placing an order with us. If you do not accept these please do not place an order and refrain from searching our website. The Terms & Conditions highlighted below, govern your use of our website.

J&R Glitters owns and operates this Website. Access to this website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we do reserve the right to withdraw or amend this service at any suitable time, without notice. We will not be liable for any reason should this website become unavailable. From time to time, we also reserve the right to block or restrict access to parts of this website.
We are unable to send any parcels to any PO Box addresses. Please contact us if you wish to do so.

Returns
At this moment in time, J&R Glitters are not able to accept any returns due to health and safety reasons and nature of our products. If items are opens, they will no longer be sterile leading to cross contamination. Please get in contact with us for any returns.
Damaged Items
If for any reason, items are damaged during delivery, please notify us with in 48 hours of receiving your product with clear pictures of the damage.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped with in one working day from purchase, and will be shipped with Royal Mail according to the shipping method purchased at checkout.
Cancellations after any orders which have been dispatched will not be accepted. Please contact us if you wish to cancel your order.
Once you have purchased your order, we are unable to amend or add to the order.
If an item is out stock - If an item which is purchased is out of stock, and not shown on the website when purchasing, you will get refunded on the same card purchased from / offered an alternative option. You will get notified if this is the case.
You received the wrong item - If for any reason you have received a wrong item, and are based with in the UK, we will send out the correct item, and will allow you to also keep the incorrect product. If this happens, please contact us as soon as you receive the parcel, and keep your order number in order to help us locate the order. For any orders older than a month old, we are unable to send out a new item or process a refund.
Currency
You are shopping from our website in GBP £.
J&R Glitters currently operates using £ GBP currency. GBP is displayed on all products and at checkout. If from a different country, your bank will automatically convert to the correct currency.

If your order is accepted you will receive a email. By placing an order you confirm you are the owner of the bank card used.
